Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received

It must include original tags and be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with consumer protection laws.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original product (subject to approval)

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is accepted


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time: up to 10 business days
